Richardson Homes is a family owned and operated company. As parents of three children we completely understand building for families. We also understand building for adults 55 and up. We have been taught and believe in having pride in our work. The one thing our parents have educated us with through their years in the construction industry is that your reputation means everything. We see every house as a home we would want to live in. Detail to us means everything. We want our homeowners to have a home, not just a house!

At Richardson Homes, each home is built to suit each homeowner. We have several floor plans for you to choose from, however, you do not have to settle with a plan that might not work for your family. In addition to choosing an existing Richardson Home plan, we accept and help engineer custom plans as well. Our existing plans can also be personalized to meet individual needs. Whether you know exactly what you want, or you need help getting started, Richardson Homes can meet all of your home building needs.
